These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Odinlist, operated by Solid Digital Nordic AB ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Odinlist is a free personal organisation tool for grocery lists, todos, notes, and workouts. You can keep content private or share individual lists and notes by email. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

Your personal space and the content in it belong to your account. Other users only see content when you share a specific list or note with them by email, or when they share something with you.

You may invite others by email to access a grocery list, todo list, or note. Invitees who accept typically receive full rights to manage that shared item. You are responsible for whom you invite and for revoking access when it is no longer needed.

Do not share content with people who should not see it. We are not responsible for how invitees use content you chose to share.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by introducing malware or automated scraping.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent.
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Send share invitations for spam, harassment, or other abusive purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. grocery lists, todos, notes, and workouts). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and to people you have shared with.

You are solely responsible for the content you add and for content added by people with whom you share an item.

Odinlist is provided free of charge. There are no paid subscriptions or plan upgrades. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The service, including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Solid Digital Nordic AB or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

The service integrates with third-party services such as Google (sign-in, analytics, and advertising when enabled). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid Digital Nordic AB and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solid Digital Nordic AB from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.
